The stars are vast, brave forward -- The 2022 SATA Hardware Distributor Forum was successfully concluded in Xinjiang on August 14. During the week-long forum, distributors from all over the country and colleagues of SATA gathered in Xinjiang to discuss market growth opportunities of SATA in the post-epidemic era, and to jointly set a course of breaking and making for the future digital era.


During the forum, Wei Yong, vice president of Apex Tool Group's Asia Pacific region and general manager of SATA Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., visited markets and had in-depth discussions with local dealers on how to use SATA's new platform to cooperate closely with SATA's distributors and sales teams under the current market changes and impacts, so as to seize new market opportunities and jointly cope with the rapidly developing market challenges.

At the daily breakout sessions, distributors expressed their views on digital transformation respectively. This year marks SATA's first digital year. Enterprises can't transform at the edge, but must make real changes and leverage the emerging technologies to reshape the core of the business – the critical processes and the original underlying infrastructure. Efforts should be made to connect the "outside-in" digital transformation trend with the "inside-out" cognitive transformation, jointly reshape the business platform, and present it to the markets and users with a completely new look.

The SATA team and distributors further discussed the changes in sales management models, as well as the possible ways to market products faster, and to make user services intelligent and efficient under the background of digital transformation.

During the forum, SATA Distributor Committee held a general election. It's hoped that the new leaders can promote collaborated development and achieve win-win situations among all the distributors.

 Resilience is particularly important in the digital age. Although the unexpected epidemic disrupted the rhythm of our life, the distributors and the SATA team were still in lockstep, adjusted immediately,  calmly faced, and successfully completed all the agendas on schedule. It can be seen that the strength of unity and cooperation, a positive and good attitude, will be able to overcome the challenges and strong attacks!
